Crab Claws with Garlic and Parsley Butter (serves 4)

Ingredients

24 Irish crab claws
50g butter
4 cloves garlic – finely chopped
Bunch freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

Mix the softened butter with the garlic and chopped parsley.
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat.
Add the butter and crab claws. Fry for approximately two minutes.
Serve the claws drizzled with the garlic butter, with a wedge of lemon and brown bread.
